JADE LOGISTICS guarantees that all parcels ordered will be delivered on time. Replacements will also be delivered within a 24 hour window.

In the unlikely event of a quality or deadline issue, we will immediately establish the root cause and point of responsibility of any problem, should it arise - correct the problem, and then put systems in place to prevent that problem in the future.
